About Us
Founded in 2002, The Early Childhood Professional Development Institute (ECPDI) has been helping Preschool Teachers, Family Child Care Providers and Child Care Directors to maintain and grow their professional knowledge that promotes career advancement.
As constant advocate for the Early Childhood Educator over the past 17 years ECPDI has provided hundreds of thousands hours of guidance, mentoring, career counseling and business advice free of charge to our student, affiliates and business partners helping solve some of their most challenging career problems to promote and encourage the best care possible in the classroom.
Achievement of Quality Early Childhood Education is through Professional Development of the Early Childhood Educator. We take our role in this process to heart therefore we look forward to Establishing a Partnership with our students to work together in helping them becomes Tomorrow's Leaders in the Early Childhood Education Profession.

Our mission is to empower the early childhood professional with the necessary knowledge and skills in appropriate developmental practice by offering study programs and services built on standards of excellence that foster awareness and knowledge of current trends in early education.
Our Vision
ECPDI vision is to build bridges toward quality programs for young children by engaging the child care workforce in a continuing process of professional and leadership development, personal advancement, educational excellence, and advocacy.
